the staff demonstrated kindness. the location offers quick access to transport. i received vouchers and a bottle of complimentary wine. the hotel provided good value.
the mattress felt old with significant sag. the furniture seemed outdated. thin walls allowed noise from other rooms.

the location was very convenient. i could easily access public transport since it was close to the metro station. the breakfast was great with lots of options (i especially liked the pastries). the staff were also very friendly and helpful with directions.
the room felt a bit outdated. there was no air conditioning in the room, a little uncomfortable (especially during the day).
